Ordering ahead

• Online ordering only opens while the truck is parked and serving. Orders are pickup-only at the window.
• Depending on what the truck has turned on, you pay online by card or at the window. Card orders only go to the kitchen once payment goes through; unpaid card orders expire after 30 minutes.
• Prices are shown before tax. Your checkout or window total is final.
• If something sells out after you order, we'll let you know at the window so you can swap it or drop it.

Where we're parked

Times and locations can change because of weather, events or selling out early. We'll post changes on the schedule and on social as fast as we can.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, soy, sesame and other common allergens, and everything is cooked on shared equipment in one small truck. We can't guarantee any item is free of any allergen. If you have a food allergy, tell us at the window before ordering.

The spice meter is a guide, not a promise. The Hot Tail means it.
